Mutti’s New Look
One clear sign of the chemo doing its thing, is that Mutti’s started losing her hair. Well, why pass up this opportunity to have some fun with her hair?
And in solidarity with Mutti, I decided to submit myself to Liza and her left-hand touch as well. At least, this sounds better than me saying that I had Liza practice on Mutti before letting her near my hair! 😉
So, why not have a little fun in the midst of hardships in the family? Even Mutti had some laughs in the process!

Hi Elke. I think My last E- mail did not come through. I think you look beautiful with your new mohawk, this word mohawk is a new word for me that I have not used before. Your family and friends are supper wonderful to you and I am so pleased that Orlando made this communication possible. As you know I am just starting to use the computer. Each E-mail brings me closer to feeling more comfortable with it. We continue to think about you and what a model of strenght you are to all of us. I have been baysitting full days as it was vacation time. I am glad that I can still do it but I am also looking forward to the end of May when my commitment is compleated, Bryce, George and Ilil are asking often about you and it is good that they are rooting and caring for you. Know that we love you and let me hear from you when you can.

Elke, Erika just left to go help George clean his windows, I decided to stay home as Erika wanted to able to talk with George about several things and it better one on one. I hope that you know that I appreciate that you have been a friend of Erikas. It has helped her. I also know that she would very much like to visit with you in person if you feel up to it and if not by phone. She is hesitant to even just phone let alone to vist with out an invite. Love, Dale
